As a client, you acknowledge that you have the legal right to place an order for goods on our website so that we can produce them on your behalf. You also believe that you are of legal age and capable of appearing in court if necessary.

Limitation of Liability:
Our Total Liability will never exceed the amount you paid us for your order or requested service SM Custom Packaging., its licensors, manufacturers, or distributors, as well as their officers, directors, staff, or agents, would not be responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Or for any damages resulting from loss of usage, data, or income. Whether or not SM Custom Packaging has been notified of the possibility of harm arising out of or connected with the use or performance of the site or the failure to provide goods or services that you order from SM Custom Packaging or its affiliates, including, without limitation, lost profits.
Return and Refund Policy:
If your product has a flaw or does not meet your specifications, you must notify SM Custom Packaging within two working days of receiving it. We reprint the original order if there is a printing error, but the money is not refunded. Our management team closely inspects all items. Customers must give us photographs of the defect at their own expense within seven days of receiving the order for us to reprint it.
The consumer must return at least 99 percent of the items at their own expense within ten business days of delivery to receive reprints and replacements.
Charges for urgent orders are non-refundable

Proofs and Color Accuracy:
The ordering process involves a digital version of the goods and services that customers need from SM Custom Packaging. If an order has been placed, the customer must accept the Form’s final art work and job specification sheet. The customer is responsible for reading and understanding the specification sheet’s descriptions.
The printing duty is sent to the press department until the agreement is sent to us. The consumer must read and review the proofs. Also, keep in mind the site’s stated processing time after the final form is submitted. SM Custom Packaging is not responsible for any specifications or standards not included in the final specification.

Plan structure, text precision, image proportion, and positioning are all predicted by screen proofs, but color and density are not. In duo-tune, we can try to match the gradient density of each color.
Unless the customer orders a color-matched proof, PCB is not responsible for a duotone’s final appearance. Furthermore, the use of lamination can alter or modify the arrival of the printed colors. We are not responsible for a laminated product’s last color appearance (s).
Due to the limitations of the printing process and the ink used, we cannot guarantee that the final color to be printed would be the same as the artwork and design requested by the customer. You accept that SM Custom Packaging is not liable for color variations between the planned and finished product by sending your order.
We will not reprint the product if there are color variations due to machine limitations. If you request hard proof, we can ensure
Payment, Order Placement, Cancellations:
The prices on our websites are listed in US Dollars (USD). We will begin working on your items after it has received the entire amount due through an authenticated payment process.
When you finish the soft or hard copy type of goods and services that mentions what the customer wants Premium Custom Boxes to do for them, the order is complete. Nothing is changed after the printing job has been sent to the press.
We can also cancel your order after proof approval for a limited period of 4 hours. If you use our design services, cancellation after 4 hours will result in a 20% deduction from your total order bill.
You will be charged $30 and 5% of your order’s total payment if you cancel at this stage. Customers can still cancel orders after 24 hours, but doing so would cost them 50% of the entire order payment, allowing SM Custom Packaging to recoup the cost of any unused resources. It is not possible enough to cancel an order that has already been delivered.
Orders cannot be canceled due to delays in printing or delivery procedures outside SM Custom Packaging ‘ direct control.
Customers Content:
SM Custom Packaging allows all artwork and design images to be in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300DPI; otherwise, SM Custom Packaging would not be liable for printing errors such as blurred printing or printing that differs from your specifications.
Any content given in conjunction with photographs, illustrations, text, or any other material that the consumer uses in their goods is the customer’s responsibility.
SM Custom Packaging reserves the right to refuse an order if deemed illegal or infringes on third parties’ rights.
When you place an order, you take full responsibility for the material produced under your control. We will print nothing offensive, violent, or obscene.
SM Custom Packaging may retain information and may also disclose Content if needed to do so by law or if such disclosure is appropriate to
color accuracy.
No Liability for Errors:
SM Custom Packaging would not be kept liable for any defects in the final printed product that come into the following categories:
- Some typographical, grammatical, or font errors
- Graphic punctuation and percolating marks
- Folds with cracks, cropping patterns, or die lines
- Excessive printing
- The difference in finished product size *Product is pre-assembled and shipped flat.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and defend SM Custom Packaging and all related parties to SM Custom Packaging against any claims, liability, costs, and expenses, including feasible legal fees and costs, arising out of or related to me your breach of these

The printing process
SM Custom Packaging is free to use any printing method that best suits their needs.
Components
We do not print on food-grade paper or card stock. If you have any special requests, please notify us before placing your order.
Under runs and Overruns:
SM Custom Packaging charges an additional fee for hard evidence.
SM Custom Packaging usually delivers the exact number of products. Still, there is a risk of 5% under runs or overruns, so if the consumer needs the precise number of products, it is recommended to order 10% more.
Production Speed, Shipping, and delivery of orders:
We will inform the consumer of the time it will take to deliver the order once the order has been placed. If the customer wants the product immediately, the customer must notify us ahead of time. Depending on the structure, type, and quantity of the product, urgent printing will generally incur additional charges.
SM Custom Packaging handles the shipping and distribution of the goods at no cost to the customers. The consumer needs to pay for the product as agreed in the final agreement, and we will handle the shipping.
We make every effort to print and ship orders as quickly as possible. SM Custom Packaging is not responsible for shipment or distribution delays caused by technical problems, environmental conditions, shipping company delays, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Our supplier’s forecasts and order history are used to measure shipping times. If an urgent order is postponed, the expedite charge will be waived where necessary.
Customers who are ordering outside of the US are responsible for paying customs duty and other shipping fees. The consumer must resolve all such issues.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The platform and its Content are delivered “as is,” with no explicit or implied guarantees of any type, including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. You agree that the site’s service will not be error-free or uninterrupted. The site occupies references and links to the goods or services of unaffiliated businesses. Changes to Terms and Conditions of Website:
