For manual verifications, your order was sent to both the design and manufacturing departments. Your approval is an integral part of the sales process based on your digital view interpretation in 2D and 3D. As a result, we are not liable for any design flaws such as details, color, misspellings, or other variations.
If the production process has begun, the consumer is responsible for all charges, including taxes and shipping. Only if we cannot fulfill our promise can we issue a refund with a minimum cancellation fee of 15%.
If the box does not fulfill the client’s requirements or is found to be faulty, the client must contact the company within three business days of delivery confirmation. You are also responsible for returning the product to the company within seven business days at your own cost. The additional charges for rush delivery are non-refundable.
The company will be held responsible if a shipment is damaged due to inclement weather or some other external cause. The company will charge a cancellation fee if the client cancels the design service order.
Design services are not compensated in any way.
